A powerwasher got angled at my windshield, dislodging a rubber gasket and now it leaks water on my leg every time it rains. Wash quality was solid and the free vacuums were great, thus 3 stars.
We are a longtime Ultimate Monthly Carwash Customer. My wife recently had her car washed on a Thursday and I noticed a standard back wheel well trip part became dislodged on Saturday. I went to my auto repair shop and they estimated the trim part to be $100. I then contacted WaterWerks and the General Manager Tony called me back a day or two later. We had a nice discussion and I explained what happened and he apologized and mentioned he reviewed all the video of my wife's car entering and leaving the wash and did not see anything unusual. I mentioned the car trim part was damaged and would he consider 1 months free service for my wife's car. He mentioned he was unable to accept that offer. I mentioned to Tony that "I have two cars with the ultimate package which costs approximately $840 yearly. So for one months free service is he willing to loose yearly annual revenue of $840". He said yes so I advised him to cancel our subscription and I would sign with with Mister Carwash. Unfortunate because we have been a customer of Eddiez and WaterWerks Carwash for 20+ years.
I am a faithful customer of the Golden Valley WaterWerks but was in this neighborhood today and needed a wash. $22 down the drain. At Golden Valley I pay the same amount and the car is SPARKLING and GORGEOUS inside and out. They are quick, thorough and work super hard to deliver an excellent service. The Richfield location is tiny, and although the outside of the car was decently clean (not that it was super dirty to begin with), my only choice was to vacuum the vehicle myself, which is fine, but the vacuums don’t even work! I was literally just moving dirt around the car floors, not actually getting the car cleaner. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. If you are happy with Golden Valley’s service, let this review serve as a warning to keep going there! Do NOT assume like I did that you will get the same level of clean and the same level of service at the Richfield location! What a disappointment. ☹️
Not the best nor the worst for a drive in car wash. The prices are what to be expected there’s three options. I guess the only upside is if I had to pick one is the free vacuuming after a wash the vacuums aren’t the best but they’re free, so you can’t beat that. Oh yeah and the customer service is pretty good.... recommendation go for the cheapest option for a car wash the higher price option are overrated and is going to leave you dissatisfied like I was.
Expensive, but super fast and high quality. If you have the spare $ and want a nice clean car, this place is a cut above a typical gas station car wash. It is staffed and they do a nice wipe down to send you on your way.
amazing vacuum pressure but wish hours were longer. Unlike any other vacuum suction power ever experienced. be careful if you have any loose change or even some jewelry those vacuums will easily suck them right up. can not emphasize enough how powerful they are. Yet they're always closed before I can get to them when I'm off work no matter how hard I try, I can never get there before they close. Still 5 stars for sure.
Walked up to the customer service window to sign up for a membership. He explained billing and how today is pro-rated, etc. Came to my car to put the sticker on the windshield. I joked about all the other ‘old’ not needed stickers I’ll razor blade off eventually…he said…hold on. Went and got a tool and carefully removed 4 other old/membership stickers for me!! Seriously, made my day. He went above and beyond. Thankful to have found this local membership car wash!!
Old school full-service wash and dry. Real people at the end with a towel to finish the job. Note that this is not a touch-free automatic wash, but even so I get a good wash out of the place. The monthly package is priced reasonably, but if the cost go up anymore I'll have to move on to a touch-free wash somewhere else. Overall this place gets the job done.
